Green Office is an environmental service that is subject to a fee. The fees are used to support WWF's conservation work.

Admission Fee

The size of the admission fee is determined by the number of staff working at the office. It is paid when the Green Office contract is drafted. VAT will be added to the fee at the rate of 23 %. These prices are valid only in Finland.

Annual Fee

The annual fee is determined by the number of staff members in the office and the number of separate offices. It is paid for the first time when the right to use the Green Office logo is granted to the organisation, and subsequently it is paid every year. VAT will be added to the fee at the rate of 23%. These prices are valid only in Finland.

If the organisation has more than ten offices, the Green Office programme model to be implemented will be arranged separately.

The annual fee scale for additional offices will not apply to offices that join Green Office with a separate contract.

Travelling Expenses

Any travel expenses and daily expense allowances arising from office inspections will be charged separately.
